Job summary

New Balance seeks a Senior Manager, Apparel Global Supply Planning, to lead a team of apparel supply planners and optimize factory loading while balancing forecasted demand and supplier capabilities. You will manage internal customer expectations on production schedules and shipments.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain with 6+ years in people leadership, ERP proficiency (D365/SAP/Oracle), and strong analytical, cross-functional leadership, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, planning, inventory management, or operations, including 6+ years in people leadership.
• Strong leadership to sustain performance and morale amid competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on customer experience and results.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle) and PO management platforms like XPC.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apparel, Accessories, and Equipment (AAE) Supply Planning team to achieve KPIs.
• Own factory capacity planning to support delivery performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with factory leadership to align demand, capacity, and execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance and optimal factory loading for AAE.
• Oversee RCCP, Early Buy, and Shortened Lead time programs.
• Represent planning in S&OP and SBRS meetings.
• Guide communications for disruptions and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with sales, customer service, IT, and logistics.
