Job summary

Nextpower Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Demand Planning to lead the enterprise demand planning capability.

You will shape planning standards, govern processes, and deliver insights across Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams. In Nashville, TN / US Hybrid, you will partner with executives to align demand with strategic objectives, develop rolling plans, and drive improvements in forecast quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or related functions.
• Proven ability to design planning processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Prior people leadership with a track record of developing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Anaplan, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global demand planning process across regions, business units, channels, and product categories.
• Establish governance, cadence for global Demand Reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Drive S&OP alignment and executive visibility into risks and opportunities.
• Develop analytics, scenario modelling, and demand insights for 1–3 year horizons.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Global Demand Planning team.
