Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Planner to optimize customer service and loading for sourced apparel. You will analyze demand, manage factory capacity, and coordinate with overseas teams to align production schedules and shipments.

The role requires collaboration across planning functions and the ability to drive end-to-end supply plans for NB Apparel, including ramp planning for new styles and participation in weekly operations meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with supply chain background.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP/SC planning tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the 0-6 month loading strategy for several sourced apparel suppliers.
Manage factory constraints with overseas order management and production teams.
Utilize capacity and forecasting tools to load factories, increase margin, and support launches.
Align with demand/inventory to execute end-to-end NB Apparel plans.
Build production ramp plans for new style introductions.
Represent planning at weekly Global Business Unit operations meetings.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, customer service, development, and logistics.
Provide leadership feedback on challenges to achieving planning goals.
