Responsibilities include managing 0-6 month loading strategies, partnering with overseas teams, and driving end-to-end production ramp plans for new styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in supply chain preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills required.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP/SC planning, PLM, BI, and PO management.
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the 0-6 month loading strategy for several sourced apparel suppliers.
• Manage factory constraints with overseas order management and production teams.
• Use capacity and forecasting tools to load factories, increase margins, and support product launches.
• Coordinate with demand and inventory functions to execute end-to-end strategies for NB Apparel products.
• Build and implement production ramp plans for new style introductions.
• Represent supply planning at weekly Global Business Unit meetings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with sales operations, customer service, development, and logistics.
