Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret large data sets and translate insights into planning decisions.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills including forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global material plans using line plans, forecasts, BOMs, production schedules, and demand signals.
• Manage the material commitment process balancing service levels, launch readiness, and inventory investments.
• Analyze global demand trends, forecast variability, supplier constraints, lead times, and material consumption.
• Create and maintain material supply plans aligning sourcing, manufacturing, and inventory strategies.
• Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, and supply disruptions; develop mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Support material liability management with visibility into financial exposure and consumption opportunities.
• Evaluate material performance and planning metrics to identify trends and optimize inventory.
• Lead strategic material planning initiatives and process improvements.
