Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Senior Manager, Apparel Global Supply Planning in Lawrence, MA. You will lead the AA&E supply planning team, manage factory loading, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing cost and capacity.

The role involves coordinating demand, capacity, and execution with factory leadership and cross-functional partners. The position requires 8+ years in supply chain and 6+ years of people leadership, with strong Excel and ERP experience (D365, SAP, Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, planning, inventory management, or operations.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong leadership with engagement and morale.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and PO platforms (XPC).
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Apparel, Accessories, and Equipment (AAE) Supply Planning team to achieve KPI targets and develop talent.
• Own and improve the factory capacity planning process to support delivery performance and profitability.
• Partner with factory leadership to align demand, capacity and execution with KPIs.
• Accountable for on-time delivery and factory loading optimization across AAE.
• Oversee RCCP, Early Buy, and Shortened Lead Time programs.
• Represent supply planning in the S&OP process and strategic reviews.
• Communicate and mitigate significant production or delivery disruptions with incident reports.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, customer service, IT and logistics.
