Job summary

CV Resources, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for a hybrid role near Norco, CA. The position supports a fast-paced, high-volume AP operation on a temporary basis with potential for permanent hire.

You will process 100–150 invoices weekly, perform 3-way matching, code invoices, and work with a manual environment while system improvements are rolled out. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing high volume invoices (100+ per week) in a manual environment.
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching.
• Accounts reconciliations experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, onsite environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process 100–150 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt).
• Code invoices and obtain proper approvals.
• Work within a manual AP environment while new systems are implemented.
• Utilize Excel and internal systems for tracking and reconciliation.
• Process freight invoices and resolve discrepancies with carriers and logistics partners.
• Support AP process improvements and special accounting projects as needed.
