Qualifikationen

• Extensive accounts payable experience in high-volume/shared services.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and ServiceNow ticketing platforms.
• Strong vendor/supplier support and 1099 knowledge.
• Proven customer service mindset in vendor outreach.

Aufgaben

• Resolve AP support tickets efficiently, targeting ~75 tickets per week.
• Review and clear Oracle/ServiceNow queues to keep backlog clean.
• Assist with vendor setup and data entry per AP procedures.
• Research vendor invoices and payment issues to identify root causes.
• Escalate complex issues to AP Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provide training on AP procedures to operations and HQ teams.
• Use metrics to improve training materials and tools.
