Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support a high-volume corporate AP environment in a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA. You will handle invoice processing, three-way matching, and supplier payments in an ERP setting, with advanced Excel skills to analyze AP data.

The ideal candidate has AP experience in a large corporate environment, strong Excel abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Accounts payable experience in a large corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing high-volume invoice processing and AP workflows.
• Experience performing three-way match.
• Experience working within an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and payment issues.
• Analyze supplier invoices and ensure proper coding and accounting treatment.
• Initiate supplier payments while maintaining compliance with internal controls.
• Manage AP workflows, approvals, and shared inbox activity.
• Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) to analyze and report on AP data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
