Century Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in a high-volume, manual AP environment in California. The role requires accurate invoice coding and data entry, with experience managing complex allocations and 2- or 3-way matching.

You will reconcile vendor payments (checks and electronic transfers) and support a transitional period moving from AMEX to Mastercard and from Concur to Corpay. Expect 80–100 invoices weekly across multi-entity structures.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex invoice allocations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of 2- or 3-way matching in invoice review.
• Ability to work effectively in a team handling high-volume, manual AP processes.

Mansioni

• Enter and code invoices with detailed allocation strings, sometimes exceeding 50 lines per invoice.
• Reconcile vendor payments, including checks and electronic transfers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review scanned invoices and verify data accuracy before manual entry into the system.
• Assist with the transition from AMEX to Mastercard and support migration from Concur to Corpay.
• Collaborate with the AP team to process approximately 80-100 invoices weekly in a manual environment.
