Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America in Herndon, VA is seeking an AP Specialist 2 for a hybrid role (typically three days in office). You'll perform AP posting, disputes, and vendor reconciliations while supporting month-end close and process improvements.

The position offers growth toward Senior AP or Finance Analyst tracks, with onboarding support and collaboration across vendors and internal teams. Candidates should have 1–3 years of AP experience, intermediate Excel, and SAP or similar ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years AP/accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate) and SAP or similar ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices and credit notes in SAP accurately.
• Resolve disputes and maintain reconciled vendor accounts.
• Support month-end close and balance-sheet activities.
• Assist onboarding and training of new AP team members.
• Monitor aging reports and resolve past-due items.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payment accuracy.
