SCP Post Acute Services, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our finance team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. The position covers processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and payroll using Paylocity and Ramp, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, 3+ years in payroll and AP, multi-state payroll and W-2 experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting preferred.
• 3+ years in payroll and accounts payable processing.
• Payroll tax filing knowledge – Federal, state, local and unemployment.
• Multi-state payroll and W-2 experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payroll in accordance with company processes.
• Own the Ramp AP system setup and maintenance; interface with Sage Intacct and bank filings.
• Maintain vendor records (W-9s, banking details) and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and issue annual W-2s in collaboration with HR.
• Support month-end close, audits, and payroll reporting.
