SCP Post Acute Services, LLC (Pinnacle Care Providers & Preferred Podiatry Group) is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our finance team in Chicago. This full-time, hybrid role handles vendor invoices, payroll runs, tax filings, and related reporting across the organization.

You will own Ramp and Paylocity modules, maintain vendor records, ensure 1099 and W-2 compliance, and collaborate with HR to streamline processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll and accounts payable processing.
• Payroll tax filings knowledge – Federal, state, local.
• Multi-state payroll and W-2 experience.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
• Manage automated A/P system Ramp and Sage Intacct integration.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Handle payroll via Paylocity including direct deposits.
• Ensure correct state/local tax filings and W-2 processing.
• Support month-end close and audits.
• Collaborate with HR to improve payroll processes.
• Harmonize AP and payroll data for acquisitions.
