Job summary

University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) is seeking a full-time leader to manage the day-to-day AR, AP, and cash receipts functions within the Business Services Division. The role emphasizes supervising teams, ensuring timely billings and cash deposits, and driving automation of billing and payable processes.

The position reports to the Controller and leads the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Staff. Eligible for CalPERS and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise AP/AR/Cash Receipts units.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day AP, AR, and cash receipts operations and data entry.
• Lead automation and system improvements; generate management reports.
