Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Annuity Case Manager to support financial advisors through the annuity application and processing lifecycle. You will collaborate with sales, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with annuity products in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Clear, professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with changing products, requirements, rates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter new annuity applications into the AMS and review submissions for accuracy.
• Monitor cases, identify missing information, and request corrections.
• Provide timely updates to financial advisors on outstanding requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client situations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from financial advisors and clients.
• Keep proactive communication with advisors and set clear expectations.
• Assist with product changes, rate updates, and carrier requirements.
• Process policy service requests for clients in the in-force book.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and advisor experience.
• Support team initiatives to achieve department goals.
