Our purpose is deeply human: to help people navigate the world on their terms, at their speed, toward their future. We hold that same commitment to the people building careers here. Whether you’re starting out or leveling up, you’ll find the resources to evolve, the support to take on more and a team ready to back you at every stage. Your ambition has a home here.

Position Summary:

The Annuity Case Manager plays an essential role on the Annuity Team by providing exceptional service and support to financial advisors throughout the annuity application and processing lifecycle. • Support team initiatives and contribute to achieving overall departmental and organizational goals.
Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and accurately with both internal and external customers.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where products, requirements, rates, and processes may change frequently.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with financial advisors, carriers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to change while supporting team objectives and organizational goals.
