Job summary

Halo Investing, Inc. in Chicago seeks a motivated Operations Associate to support the Annuity team. You will handle processing, documentation, data entry in Salesforce, and monitor business inflow to keep operations running smoothly.

This hybrid role requires 1–2 years of financial services experience, a degree, and strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills. You will collaborate with carriers and advisors and contribute to reports and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services and/or annuities.
• Experience supporting a financial advisor or advisory office preferred.
• Salesforce and/or Excel experience strongly preferred.
• High level of diligence, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Processing and documentation: handle paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Business monitoring: track inflow and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Communication: engage with Annuity Carrier Partners and Financial Advisors.
• Data management: input data into Salesforce CRM with integrity.
• Status updates: keep sales and clients informed on progress.
• Information organization: categorize information for easy retrieval.
• Report compilation: generate reports on operations and metrics as needed.
