Academy Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Case Specialist to support advisors with life insurance cases from submission through placement and beyond. You will collaborate with a General Agency for case management and design support while maintaining accountability for each case.

You will join a small, collaborative team, work closely with advisors, and help shape the department as the firm grows. Hybrid work in Lutherville or King of Prussia is offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience independently managing individual life insurance case design, new business, or case management at an advisory firm, brokerage general agency, or carrier.
• Hands-on experience with term, whole life, fixed and variable universal life, disability, long-term care, and fixed annuities.

Responsabilidades

• Support new business cases from the advisor's request through placement, delivery, and commission confirmation.
• Keep the pipeline current and accurate in Agency Integrator and Redtail CRM.
• Work with the General Agency, carriers, clients, and advisors to resolve open requirements, exams, and underwriting items.
• Prepare and maintain client-ready presentation materials for advisors.
• Complete, review, and submit insurance applications and all related new-business paperwork accurately.
• Work directly with clients by phone and email during the application, underwriting, and delivery process.
