• Monitor product changes and deadlines to prioritize work.
• Coordinate with licensing team on submitted business issues.
• Communicate with advisors and carriers to resolve processing inquiries.
• Support end-of-day processes and balance relevant accounts.
• Close cases not in good order within defined timeframes.
