• Experience preferred in life insurance, annuity, or financial services industry with regulatory, compliance, legal, or contract filing exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Learn all functional aspects of the team and filing requirements.
• Prepare filing strategies and comprehensive estimates with compliant forms and documentation.
• Coordinate with team management and colleagues to install forms in systems per product specs.

• Provide research and communications about regulatory requirements.
