Job summary

HUB International in Akron, OH, is seeking an Annuity Case Manager to support financial advisors through the annuity application and processing lifecycle. You’ll review submissions, monitor cases, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Has prior annuity experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enter new annuity applications into the AMS and review submissions for accuracy.
• Monitor cases, identify missing information, and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
• Provide timely updates to financial advisors regarding requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with carriers, sales teams, and other departments to move applications forward.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain proactive case updates throughout the process.
• Support product changes, rate updates, and carrier requirements as needed.
• Process policy service requests within the in-force book of business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and advisor experience.
