Job summary

Planned Parenthood Western Pennsylvania (PPWP) is seeking an Annual Fund & Events Manager to lead fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and stewardship initiatives while partnering with the Development Team to meet fundraising goals.

The role involves coordinating with the Director of Individual Giving, planning quarterly events, and managing day-to-day campaign activities. Hybrid schedule, occasional evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.
• Demonstrated experience managing individual giving programs, including annual giving and appeals.
• Experience with digital and direct-response fundraising.
• Experience using donor database/CRM systems to track and analyze donor activity. Experience with Salesforce or DonorPerfect preferred.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the VP of Development and Director of Individual Giving, responsible for managing PPWP's Annual Fund and Event fundraising goals and executing on strategy to meet these goals.
• Plan, implement, and manage quarterly fundraising events as well as donor House Parties and other cultivation/stewardship events.
• Lead grassroots fundraising campaigns and omnichannel strategy for each.
• Coordinate with Donor Database Coordinator to ensure donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation strategies are entered into the donor database.
• Oversee donor acknowledgment and gift acceptance with the Donor Database Coordinator and Director of Individual Giving.
