Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania is seeking an Annual Fund & Events Manager to drive fundraising campaigns and events. This role collaborates with the Development Team to advance donor relations, stewardship initiatives, and communications that align with CFP and organizational goals.

You will lead planning and execution of grassroots campaigns, host donor events, and manage timely acknowledgments, ensuring data integrity in the donor database and successful fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business Administration, or Public Relations)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
• Experience with digital and direct-response fundraising.
• Experience using donor database/CRM systems to track and analyze donor activity.
• Experience with Salesforce or DonorPerfect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPWP's annual fundraising campaigns and proposals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and donor stewardships.
• Coordinate donor communications and cultivation with CFP and development team.
• Maintain accurate donor data and acknowledgments in the donor database.
• Collaborate with the Donor Database Coordinator on plans and reporting.
