Job summary

PEPS is seeking a Development Manager to advance fundraising through the annual PEPS Benefit Event, corporate partnerships, and the Annual Giving program. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, donor stewardship, and community engagement while leading events, sponsorships, and giving campaigns in a hybrid Seattle environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of nonprofit development or fundraising.
• Experience with database management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the annual PEPS Benefit Event and Giving Campaign.
• Secure and grow corporate sponsorships; develop packages and agreements.
• Expand the corporate partner network through outreach and connections.
• Manage the Annual Giving Program (direct mail and online).
• Contribute to the annual fundraising plan and assist with budget.
• Own donor/sponsor stewardship and gift acknowledgment across programs.
• Maintain sponsor, vendor, and donor records in the CRM.
• Foster a culture of philanthropy with staff, board, and volunteers.
