Zusammenfassung

Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is hiring an Individual Giving Manager to join our Development team in Northeast Portland, Oregon. Build meaningful donor relationships, lead annual and mid-level programs, and grow philanthropic support that sustains our mission.

You'll supervise up to three Development staff, shape a mid-level giving program, and collaborate on donor communications, events, and sponsorships while aligning with PPCW's inclusive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's-level degree in Business, Public Affairs, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least three years of experience in development, fundraising, or sales with proven fundraising results
• Experience using donor management software or similar CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic planning skills for fundraising initiatives
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams
• Commitment to PPCW's mission and fostering an inclusive workplace
• Valid driver's license and active insurance for work-related driving

Aufgaben

• Oversee annual and mid-level fundraising efforts and donor relationships
• Develop data-driven strategies to acquire, retain, engage, and increase donor support
• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors with personalized outreach and stewardship
• Identify opportunities to move donors toward major gifts with Major Gifts team
• Oversee donor acknowledgments and stewardship to keep supporters connected
• Collaborate on donor communications, events, and sponsorship opportunities
• Support affinity groups through member engagement and cultivation
• Track fundraising performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
• Supervise and mentor up to three Development team members
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, mission-driven team environment
