The GARS Analytics Team develops reporting and analytics that enable better decision-making across a complex and evolving commercial portfolio. We are seeking an Analytics Manager to serve as a people leader and business partner, overseeing analytics delivery, guiding team execution, and helping scale team capabilities as demand continues to grow.
This role emphasizes ownership of analytics execution, prioritization, and quality across core reporting domains, along with technical proficiency and the proactive adoption of modern tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a business‑focused mindset, and a passion for developing and coaching others.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree or professional license/certification a plus.
Field of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative or technology discipline preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, including experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or supervising staff. Experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services a plus.
