Buffalo Games is seeking an Amazon Site Operations Coordinator to join our growing Amazon account management team. This generalist role offers broad exposure across multiple brands and the day-to-day rhythm of an active e-commerce business.

You will handle listings, catalog health, reporting, and vendor compliance, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and customer service while staying current on Amazon policy changes.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central is a plus; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across brands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across brand storefronts (titles, bullets, images, A+ content).
• Monitor catalog health and resolve listing errors and page issues.
• Track vendor scorecard metrics (fill rate, OTIF, chargebacks) and resolve issues.
• Assist with new product launches including item setup and listing optimization.
• Pull and organize sales, traffic, and inventory reports for reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) and external partners as needed.
• Stay current on Amazon policy changes and flag relevant updates.
