Job summary

Free Country, a New York City–headquartered outdoor apparel brand, seeks a full-time Amazon & Marketplaces Coordinator to grow sales on Amazon US/Canada/Mexico, Walmart US, and eBay US. You will be data-driven, analyze performance, and scale presence across multiple channels with vendors and agency partners.

You will partner with the team to uncover insights, run tests, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue growth while ensuring on-site execution from our NYC base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with primary focus on Amazon marketplace.
  • Must have Amazon Seller Central experience.
  • Experience with Walmart and eBay marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual gross sales targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities in the account, including pricing, promotions, content and listing optimization, and ad campaigns.
  • Create and manage advertising and promotional calendars.
  • Liaison with design team to create compelling A+ Content.
  • Analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Manage keyword selection and bid optimization across all advertising options.
  • Design and implement A/B tests for listings, ad creatives, and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data and AI for decision making, optimizations, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong performance metrics across ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with Amazon best practices and industry trends.

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Amazon & Marketplaces Coordinator to significantly grow our sales on Amazon (US, Canada Mexico), Walmart US, and eBay US, among other channels, who is data driven and has solid analytical skills to help prioritize, optimize, and scale our presence on these channels, that result in significant revenue growth.

You’ll partner with existing team members, as well as vendors and agency partners. You’ll uncover insights, develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, help execute sales, promotional, and advertising initiatives to further grow our business across these marketplaces.

Please note that this job requires candidates to be located within commuting distance of New York City and able to work on-site, full-time.
