Big Bold Health is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, customer service, Amazon FBA, wholesale and EDI orders. You will partner with leadership to ensure efficient business processes, manage vendors and inventory, and drive KPI improvements.

The role requires strong organization, cross-functional collaboration and a customer-service mindset, with a base salary starting at $54,000 and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced wellness company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service management, or supply chain / vendor coordination.
• DTC and / or CPG experience highly preferred.
• Experience with order / subscription management systems such as NetSuite or Skio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer service operations within Gorgias, including ticket queues, response quality, escalations, workflows and automation.
• Manage Amazon FBA inventory operations, including planning, shipment coordination and listing health.
• Place and track purchase orders with domestic and international vendors, monitoring timelines and potential delays.
• Coordinate product quality testing and ensure testing is completed per quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile data across systems.
• Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts and manage EDI order operations.
