Wiley Assessments is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape AI-enabled SaaS products. You’ll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

You’ll guide products from concept to launch, focusing on integrations and platform services, and work with engineering, security, design, data, and product marketing to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management for SaaS, platform or API products.
• Experience in agile software development.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for integrations, platforms services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
• Partner closely with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and determine the right product approach.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other technical partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Use product data, customer feedback, and system insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
