Job summary

Wiley Assessments, a division of John Wiley & Sons, seeks a Technical Product Manager to shape and deliver AI-enabled SaaS products. You will translate customer insights, market research, and goals into strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to launch.

You will work with engineering, architects, security, data, and other partners to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable experiences, while using data and feedback to drive improvements and support successful launches

Qualifications

3–5 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS, platform, API, or other technically complex products.
Experience working in agile software development environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategy for complex capabilities such as integrations, platforms services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
Partner closely with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and determine the right product approach.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other technical partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Use product data, customer feedback, and system insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to support launches, adoption, and ongoing product success.
