Qualifications

• Minimum five years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years on AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deployment architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Balance innovation with practical implementation and assess feasibility and business impact.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to translate requirements into specifications.
• Understand AI/ML fundamentals, model architectures, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data engineering, and stakeholders.
