Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS or technically complex products.
• Experience in agile software development environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable plans.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for integrations, platform services, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Work with architects, security, data, and design teams to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
• Use data and feedback to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support launches and adoption with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
