Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, API, or integrations.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understand software development concepts, APIs, data flows, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for integrations, platform services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other partners to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Use product data and customer feedback to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to support launches and ongoing product success.
