You will translate business, risk, and control requirements into scalable architectures and production-ready designs.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents, automation, or AI-enabled apps.
• Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse including data models and integrations.
• Ability to write, review, and improve production-ready code.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Experience owning solutions end-to-end from design to production support.
• Strong collaboration across business, technology, and control teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-enabled apps using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Translate business, risk, and control requirements into scalable architectures and designs.
• Build agents, plugins, actions, orchestration patterns, and connectors to support end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate apps with APIs, approved data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Write, review, and improve code for AI, automation, and data processing.
• Own solutions through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor performance, analyze logs, resolve incidents, and ensure operational stability.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly across teams and stakeholders.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and recommend scalable approaches.
