EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of AI/ML solutions for power and utilities clients. You will oversee data platforms, build scalable analytics, and guide cross‑functional teams across consulting and IT to drive outcomes.

You will collaborate with global clients, apply cutting‑edge AI, ensure defensible, production‑quality implementations, and navigate regulatory, security, and governance considerations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant AI/Data Science experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams delivering AI/ML projects for clients.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Engage with clients, plan through execution to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for utilities and energy.
