Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field.
• 6–10 years in AI, data science or ML roles.
• 2–4 years in team leadership of technical groups.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML pipelines.
• Experience delivering AI/analytics in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and delivery of AI/ML projects.
• Guide technical teams and supervise complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients to translate analytics outputs into business value.
• Move AI/ML solutions from pilots to production with governance.
• Identify opportunities for new services and manage engagement economics.
• Work with utility data sources and modern analytics platforms.
