The role focuses on expanding AI coverage across CFHR & PC and ensuring reliable, compliant deployments that support advisors and HR partners.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 4–8 years of HR Tech project management experience.
• Participation or collaboration on AI / Automation use cases – HR, Workforce, and Business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical HR partners.
• Experience in automation solutions.
• Experience in process standardization and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI accuracy, latency, error patterns, and operational impact.
• Define training data priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new automations and process expansion.
• KPI definition (Rework rate, corrections, precision, recall).
• Run analysis for AI output issues or glitches.
• Conduct model feedback cycles aligned with HR volume trends.
