Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Distinguished Technologist, Product Manager to lead portfolio-level PM execution for Hybrid Cloud and AI Innovation. The role focuses on coordinating the Product Management Council, accelerating AI-PDLC adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple business units.
You will influence stakeholders, align roadmaps, and drive governance across enterprise software and cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/business required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software/cloud environments.
- Ability to influence executives in a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional governance forums and councils.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level product management execution across the Hybrid Cloud organization.
- Drive alignment of roadmaps and priorities across business units for integrated execution.
- Own cross-portfolio roadmap dependency management; identify, track, escalate, and resolve blockers.
- Establish portfolio-wide mechanisms for roadmap transparency, dependency management, and metrics.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled product management practices and AI-PDLC across the portfolio.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment and governance across councils and programs.
