Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Sr. Scrum Leader, Sales Technology to enable AI-first teams delivering high-complexity outcomes.

You’ll partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, QA, and DevSecOps to improve delivery readiness and lifecycle effectiveness. The role requires leading agile execution for multi-team workstreams, embedding AI practices, and driving transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Agile technology delivery or related fields.
Experience leading teams, projects, or delivery workstreams in complex environments.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving settings and work in a matrixed environment.
Experience as Scrum Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead for mid-to-high complexity workstreams.
Ability to guide and train teams while influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methods.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile execution for not more than two onshore and/or offshore teams.
Embed AI-assisted practices into planning, backlog readiness, and delivery.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives with focus on decisions and readiness.
Coach teams and stakeholders on flow optimization and definitions of done/do ready.
Drive transparency with metrics, risk tracking, and dependency management.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies across B2B, Salesforce, and data platforms.
