MetLife's Global Technology and Operations invites you to join as Lead, AI-First Delivery Practice, shaping a scalable AI-first delivery model across enterprise teams. In this hybrid U.S.

role, you will design pilot programs, build reusable assets, and drive measurable delivery improvements, balancing governance with rapid enablement for CIO organizations and Platform Engineering. Required: 8+ years in software engineering or technical product roles and hands-on experience with agentic AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or technical product roles.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and coding agents.
• Experience designing and running pilots with entry/exit criteria and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first delivery practice and produce enablement assets.
• Run pilots with CIO organizations and delivery teams moving to AI-first.
• Build and maintain context libraries and agentic patterns for better AI output quality.
• Establish spec-driven development and governance to ensure traceability of agent outputs.
• Author enablement assets and train teams across GitHub Enterprise, work management, and CI/CD.
