Responsibilities

Own activation journey from contract to production deployment for Claude products.
Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM and JIT provisioning across identity providers.
Advise CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup for deployments.
Enable MCP connectors and activate capabilities for customer use cases.
Scale activation frameworks with templated playbooks for repeatable outcomes.
Package playbooks into self‑serve deployment programs.
Develop change management strategies and Train‑the‑Trainer programs.
Define and track metrics like activation rate and time‑to‑value.
Channel customer insights to Product, Support, and Security teams to resolve blockers.
