Job summary

A-dec Inc. is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to support customers through the lifecycle of their equipment from the Newberg campus. You will collaborate with Territory Managers and dealers to deliver aftermarket solutions, manage quotes, and nurture long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing and 4–6 years in account management or B2B sales, with CRM and analytics proficiency. This is a hybrid role based in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of account management or B2B sales experience.
• Experience with channel partners, distributors, or dealer networks (preferred).
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket revenue growth by planning for maintenance parts, replacements, and accessories.
• Manage a defined group of installed-based accounts and maintain regular contact.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure timely orders.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to align on account activity and follow-up actions.
• Maintain CRM data to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and closure.
