Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to scale its affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. This role drives recruitment, activation, and performance as an individual contributor reporting to the Channel Owner.

You will own affiliate programming end-to-end, collaborating with channel owners and cross-functional teams to boost GMV and brand awareness through creator and affiliate partnerships. This hybrid role requires in-person attendance in NJ/NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 5+ years in affiliate, creator/influencer, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Associates/Influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage US affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and creators.
• Set commission structures and performance goals within guidelines.
• Maintain tracking tools and ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
• Drive incremental new-customer demand and GMV through partnerships.
