Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You will recruit partners, set incentives, and drive GMV while collaborating with Channel Owner, influencer teams, and brand partners.

The role is hybrid, based in Ewing, NJ or NYC, with in-person days expected in Ewing on Tue-Thu and flexible remote Mondays and Fridays. Prior affiliate program management in beauty/personal care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate/creator/digital marketing (DTC/CPG).
• Experience managing affiliate/creator programs on ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and dashboards.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Brand-first mindset; prioritize incremental demand over discount tactics.
• Highly organized, autonomous, end-to-end program ownership.
• Beauty/personal care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate strategy across ShopMy/LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate partners and creators.
• Set commission structures and track performance against targets.
• Maintain affiliate platforms and ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
• Collaborate with Channel Owner and cross-functional teams to align plans and messaging.
• Monitor and optimize GMV, conversions, and customer quality using data.
