Job summary

ShopMy is seeking an Associate, Affiliate to manage and grow our affiliate network and agency relationships in the United States. You will help drive program growth, support rate negotiations, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

This role offers a path toward owning a portfolio, with the chance to learn affiliate strategy and creator monetization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good communication and data-minded skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive, strategic approach to relationship management and problem-solving.
• Comfort with technical systems, data, or backend tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of assigned affiliate networks and agency relationships, including regular check-ins and reporting
• Own brand relationships for smaller accounts, including onboarding and rate increase requests
• Assist with rate negotiations, program updates, and partnership expansion across affiliate networks, including maintaining commission rates and DISCLAIMERS
• Coordinate execution of Paid Placements, from asset collection through go-live and post-placement reporting
• Partner with team members to identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account planning
