Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for affiliates across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. This role drives recruitment, activation, and performance to meet channel sales targets, working closely with Channel Owners and cross-functional teams.

You will own the affiliate lever inside channels, manage partnerships, and optimize performance with an emphasis on incremental demand and brand growth in a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ or NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate or creator programs on at least one of ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Associates/Influencer Program.
• Comfortable working with e-commerce and affiliate analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
• Working knowledge of attribution mechanics and understanding incremental revenue vs last-click credit.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a US affiliate strategy across ShopMy/LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, owning the affiliate lever within each channel.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners and creators aligned with Touchland’s brand.
• Set and manage commission structures, performance goals, and affiliate agreements.
• Track affiliate performance across channels; report on GMV, ROI, and program health; ensure clean attribution across links, codes, and UTMs.
