EltaMD is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive revenue across 400+ professional practices, medical spas, and skincare experts. You will lead with a consultative, data-driven approach to upsell, adoption of new protocols, and strong ROI for partners.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong relationship building, and a focus on education to boost product utilization across licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience; aesthetics/medical/beauty industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM software (SAP C4C/Service Cloud or Salesforce), and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage 400+ existing professional accounts using a virtual sales model (Calls, SMS, Email, Video).
• Answer complex product questions with data-driven recommendations to increase average order value and brand loyalty.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to promote new product launches and upsell continuing education courses.
• Develop and maintain revenue-generating relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Leverage skin care expertise as a sales tool to drive product utilization.
