Job summary

CP Skin Health Group in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to promote PCA SKIN and EltaMD, grow a medical and aesthetic customer base, and manage key corporate accounts across the territory.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, CRM experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 80–90%. You will train accounts, analyze data, schedule visits, and drive revenue while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience in aesthetic, medical, or beauty industries.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Ability to travel 80–90% of work week within territory and occasional air travel.
• Demonstrated presentation, selling, and communication skills.
• Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Travel in-person within territory to grow EltaMD and PCA SKIN accounts.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop relationships with physicians, spa managers, and staff.
• Conduct product trainings and promotional events to drive sales.
• Support marketing efforts through open houses and in-office events.
• Schedule monthly in-person visits and maintain territory coverage.
• Track activities and competitive information using CRM.
• Open new accounts and re-engage former ones.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry conferences.
