Job summary

MDelite Vision & Aesthetic is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales across your territory in the aesthetic medical device market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while reporting weekly on pipeline and forecasts.

The role offers uncapped commissions with earning potential of $200,000–$250,000+ and a clear path to leadership. You will engage physicians and practice owners, travel to client sites, and collaborate with leadership to drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing business and hitting quota.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate your own pipeline.
• Confidence selling to physicians and high‑level decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self-driven with a performance focus and willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: prospect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close.
• Generate pipeline through cold calling, social selling, field visits, and events.
• Present MDelite’s device platforms to physicians and practice owners.
• Maintain CRM organization, forecasting, and weekly reporting.
• Travel regularly to customer sites, trainings, and trade shows.
